It was really good- gross-out galores, but good. The only problem I had with it is that the topics they targeted this time around seemed waaay too late in the game. First off, the Cartman plotline- minorities at a local pool "threatening" life on earth- seemed to me like a direct shot to a real-life situation in which white folks wanted a certain public pool to shut out black kids. But this happened way back in the summer... you know, when pools were actually OPEN? Heh. Matt, Trey, where have you been the last few months? Oh, that's right, you had the summer off. Well then, why didn't this episode come about some time in September? Why'd you wait till November to come up with a plot related to this crazy story? ...Well, whatever, it's done now.
The other storyline that seemed late in the game was the small bit with monkeys being peeded on, then nobody knowing why they got all pissed and just shot them. That to me was a direct blow to the real-life tragedy of a chimp who attacked its female owner and was then shot out of retaliation. Again, where have these guys been?? Why didn't they attack this story sooner, when it was a hot topic? I'm glad they did it and pointed out the stupidity of the people involved, but I give South Park major props for tackling a real-life story when it had just happened. This is what made "Fatbeard" such a great episode: the Somalian pirate drama was unfolding right alongside that episode. Sorry guys, but you're really slipping this time around. TRY to keep up.
But other than that, it was a good episode. Kyle was the hero- sort of- well at least he finally did something since "Margaritaville." And Kenny died again, another plus- and they found another clever way to hide his face besides the hood. New version of an old clasic: "Oh my God, they killed Kenny!" "Aw, sick!!" LOL
Oh, and Randy finally did something right!!! Yay!!!
Overall, this was a pretty good season- not great, but very good. Definitely better than seasons 11 and 12. Cartman pwned it practically the whole way, but I can live with that so long as he stays fresh. I really hope they give Kyle a lot more to do next season, 'cause he's my hands-down favorite. He said the f word three times in this one episode, and God love him for it. To Matt and Trey: More Kyle!
Episode Rating: 9 out of 10
Overall Season Rating: 9.5 out of 10- all but one episode truly sucked
Here's to Season 14 next March!

I'm back! Older, Wiser, Stronger and more Experienced.
I really liked your fic of the 9 short with the Cat Beasts POV of the plot. I would love it if you could do the same for my fan fic with the CBs perspective. I think you do a splendid job with his POV! It doesnt have to be long of course. I could give you a little commission for your time and effort. Just let me know. Thanks for reading!
Just send your half to my email, KaodMaster@aol.com, and I'll add in my half and send it back to you.
