Once-ler Fangirls? ...........Really???

There once was a Once-ler, whose face was unseen,
Who sat in a chair and whose arms were dark green.
His foe was the Lorax, who was most displeased;
He warned the Once-ler not to cut down the trees.
Yet none of his warnings the Once-ler would heed,
He cut down the forest through ignorant greed.
And there in the end did he realize his wrong,
And so in disgrace did the Once-ler belong.

Then many years later, in 2012,
A cue little movie would surely dispell
The tale of a Once-ler so hated and feared-
He now had a face that was truly revered!
The ladies all swooned at his handsome young face,
They posted his image all over the place.
"He's dark, and yet sweet," they all seemed to claim;
"How Bad Can I Be?" his new motto became.
Nostalgia Chick put it best, I would say:
Girls like projects in boyfriends these days.

But still, knowing the original plot for my luck,
I must ask you sincerely: "Girls....................... What the fuck."
